The plot menu
/plotmenu (also /pn) is the front door to everything on this page.
On Java it opens as a dialog with buttons and sliders; on Bedrock as a form. Every button shows the command it runs, so if you prefer typing you can learn the commands from the menu.
Four plot worlds
Plot time and weather settings only change what you see. These worlds are different: their clock and weather are really locked, so farms and sensors behave accordingly.
| World | Time and weather | Claim a plot |
|---|---|---|
| Main World | Normal day and night cycle | Everyone |
| Always Day | Locked at noon, clear | Members |
| Always Night | Locked at midnight on a full moon, clear | Members |
| Storm | Midnight, full moon, thunderstorm | Members |
Anyone can visit every world (walk into its portal at spawn) and build where they are trusted. Only claiming in the three locked worlds is a member perk.
Mob spawning
- Every plot starts with mobs off. Turn them on with Mob Spawning at the top of the plot menu.
- Turning it off again stops every kind of mob from spawning on your plot, and removes the ones there now.
- Clear Mobs removes the mobs on your plot right away. Named, tamed and leashed mobs are kept.
- Mob caps (in Plot Settings) only stop new spawns; mobs already on the plot stay until you clear them.
- Roads and unclaimed plots never have mobs.
Trust & members
| Role | Can build | Command |
|---|---|---|
| Trusted | Always, even when you are offline | /plot trust <player> |
| Member | Only while you are online | /plot add <player> |
| Denied | Cannot enter your plot at all | /plot deny <player> |
All three are in the plot menu under Trust & Members.
Plot settings
Plot Settings (or /plotsettings) holds the rest:
- Greeting and farewell messages, a description, a plot name people can
/plot visit, and the big entry pop-up. - Time, weather and biome for your plot. Time and weather change what visitors see; for a real locked clock use one of the worlds above.
- Mob, entity, animal, hostile and vehicle caps with a slider.
- All Flags: every plot setting, each with the command to type shown on its screen.
- Reset Plot wipes the build but keeps the plot; Delete Plot wipes it and gives the plot up. Both ask first.
Hopper speed
Set how many items a hopper moves per transfer on your plot - 1 is vanilla. Useful for matching another server's hopper speed while you design a sorter. Comparators still read in 2-tick steps, so a faster hopper does not change comparator timing.
/plot flag set hopper-speed <number>, or Hopper Speed in the plot menu.
Merging
Members can merge neighbouring plots they own into one bigger build area: Merge Plots in Plot Settings, facing the plot to merge with (/plot merge auto).
